Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights under the law of England.

Payment

You can pay for your purchases either by credit or debit card.

VAT and other taxes

All prices are shown in sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery and Carriage

The charge for delivery is as follows: upright piano £100.00, grand piano £150.00 these prices are for delivery to ground floor mainland UK.

We will deliver your goods within a couple of days if in stock, or normally within one week if not. If you need delivery by a certain time please email us with your requirements and we will let you know if we are unable to accept your order on this basis. If we have not delivered your order within one week please contact us: we will then either arrange another time for delivery or, if we have already debited your credit card, we will offer you a refund.

Goods will only be despatched to the cardholder address of the card used for payment of goods.

If the purchaser is not available to accept delivery of goods risk for loss or damage of goods will pass to the purchaser.
Title to Goods

Suffolk Pianos retains full title to all goods supplied until paid for in full. In the event of the customer's insolvency. Suffolk Pianos reserves the right to reclaim goods for which full payment has not been made.

Suffolk Pianos reserves the right to reclaim any costs or losses from the purchaser due to payment being refused by the purchaser's credit or debit card issuer or bank.
Non-delivery of goods

Damage in transit

Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made to Suffolk Pianos within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please check the cases and contents immediately upon receipt, and before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit" and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection.

Damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of delivery otherwise Suffolk Pianos cannot accept responsibility.

Privacy

All the information you give us is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is collected only for the purpose of processing your order and collecting information for our own marketing purposes. All the information you give us when you register, or when you place an order, is treated as confidential and we will not share any of this information with any third party.

Complaints

If you have any complaint about our service, please e-mail or telephone us with details of your problem. We will treat your complaint fairly and confidentially, and we will endeavour to respond to all complaints within seven working days.
